Yes but why would they transfer some shares to joint ownership - It just doesn't seem to make any sense - at least no business or personnel scenarios I can think of. I think Mike is right - Crane may have lost it. I remember when my old high school English Lit teacher went crazy - it took the school a couple of days to figure out. I remember being in her class just before she went totally loco, and I gave up on the lesson at the time because I thought it was to deep and couldn't follow it. The next she came in in the morning took her registration class to the canal, stripped naked and went for a swim. The people in the white coats came by later to take her away.
