For whatever reason some media reported that the ship is Japanese-owned, which might be factual, but the shipping line that operates the ship is Taiwan, and its crew may well be a mix of folks from Philippines, Indonesia, India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, and Ukraines, and possibly China and Taiwan My daughter accuses me of tin-foil-hat-wearing conspiracy-mongering on the Canal issue Still, how come no other ships reported difficulty w/r to the sandstorm?
