~ And one last time where does the MM get shares in the inventory if
all the shares in the float are held by long term investors and the
investor refuses to sell it. ~

Well now that is an interesting senario that has plague the OTC ever since it was started. Now if you had a shipment of vegtables coming in you could sell the vegetable and deliver them at a later date. OTC is the same way. HOWever if the truck lines breaks down and you do not get delivery you do what all business men do ... STALL and use what tactic you can to hold off on the delay of the vegtables getting to the coumter. Eventually the vegtables will come in and you merely take care of the oversold position your company has/

more supply<<<<<

IMO

When you buy your 'veggies' you bring them all home with you.....

On the other hand, if you allow the MM's to hold the shares,....

(not in you name or hands) they can illegaly short...

resell the same shares...
