Afaq,

have you read the 8K of 26 Jan?

Waite & See are selling 1.5 million shares to themselves for $0.31.

See is getting $240k in base salary,
perhaps not much but as a bonus he receivs 4 million common shares, free to be sold at any time.

Does this mean anything? Maybe not, but the float may be larger than what is estimated.

Good luck!
ps

We're all in this together, but boy did they pull a fast one. No one saw it coming, although we did talk about it several months ago. I have several questions for anyone who can help to elabotrate on this.

The press release mentions that the new ticker symbol HVSFD wil be in effect for one month, does that mean that the old symbol will then be effective again after that period.

The press release also states that "any potential fractional shares will be rounded up". What does that mean?. Rounded up to what level?
For example, if someone had 150 shares and now has 15 shares, will they round it to 20, 50 or 100?

Boy, it is going to take a while for us to see the kind of return that we enjoyed the last weeks. A 20% increase will mean a jump of $2.

This leads me to think about "Waite and See". If these guys could manipulate the stock price to enjoy these 20 to 30% returns every couple of weeks, why would they decide to make it more difficult for themselves. I am sure that these guys are no fools and that they would like to make money as badly as any of us. I am still trying to figure out how this move benefits "Waite and See". I hope that someone can enlighten me on that issue. Can this be that those guys were asked by some interested party to clean the place before they make any investment? This may be a long shot, but aren't we reaching for any ditch of hope anywhere we can find it?

The press release also states that the company will be listed on NASDAQ to "enable analysts and brokers at all of th major Wall Street firms an opportunity to initiate coverage". However, if I can remember correctly ZONA was enjoying very high stock price levesl and was still an OTC: BB stock, so I do not really see the relevance.

In summary, as most of you on the thread, I am confused and puzzled. We'll just have to "Waite and See".

Afaq,Don,GP and All.
Like any one of us here shareholders and not, Tom Waite knows the public opinion
On reverse split (The stock usually will keep going down).
As the current major shareholder of the company he would like to keep the price up
In order to get more for his share as soon as he sells them.
IMHO if he was planing on selling his shares now, he wouldn't declare reverse split, but
Try to keep the price up by keeping the PR and hype running.
I think he has some better things planned for this stock (he doesn't look like someone who like to lose money), so I'm keeping my shares for now.
Everyone should do what he feels comfortable with, so if you think that was the peek, then sell now.
Of course I can be another paid Hypster (for the company or for the Shorts) so take my words as they
Are, JMHO.
Good luck

Afaq: RE your post #2952. AGAIN I agree with you.
This is becoming a habit.

Like you, I bought this stock because I thought it had a chance. Period!

If there are paid Hypers on this thread,
are they the ones who are outrageously positive,
or outrageuosly negative?

Insiders can make money in both directions.

As you put it, if things really do go South, you can't be bitter.
It was a decision that, ultimately everyone made for themselves.

Here's wishing everybody a happy ending,
Wally

AFAQ: As you can see, "they" are back. Ah, the power of the
internet.
