"That was before I got an updated share count from the transfer agent. Those numbers were from other sources outside the company. And I never said that the company verified those numbers to me then!

Riley, did you go back and read the post I linked to? Obviously not! Since you didn't, here is is again for you..

"Spoke with CEO this morning.
There are 3 million shares O/S.
1 million are 144 for the next 1 to 2 years (Management)
2 million in public hands. Of this the Company knows of the following amounts that have been locked up by shareholders.
650,000 shares plus another 250,000 that were bought by someone in the last couple of weeks. That's 900,000 shares out of 2 million that are considered secure. That leaves 1.1 million shares in loose hands. The Company also believes that 2 million MM shares are floating around out their."

That is from your post on Aug 7, then you talked to the Transfer Agent on Aug 25..

As of today the 1.6 mm in the public is still the number......

Enough of the rumor mill from the naysayers.

Question, is the CEO part of the company? If so, you are saying that the CEO's numbers proved to be unreliable and the transfer agent set you strait?? According to your post after personally talking to the Transfer Agent, they told you 1.6 million.

Again I ask, where did all the extra shares come from?? According to your numbers, you still have more than the float in certificate form..
