I just picked this message so the response would go to you, Bill!

How about if NCSP 'borrows' MSFT IE4 software, and changes the screen to say Netscape, yada-yada-yada. Release it as the 'next version' and all of a sudden they would 'look the same' (they are) and the 'touchy feely' being the same! Are the complaints against the product, or the manufacturer? If it is the product, you can buy NCSP or IE. (we agree) If it is against the mfg, is it because MSFT is so big (monopolistic) and 'we the people' just don't like that bigness, or because that 'bigness' is often used to subdue the competition. What if that 'bigness' is used to 'help the masses'? I am not against the 'little' developer. They actually are able to use the power of the computer far better than the average user! I feel that MSFT markets to the masses! So it costs $50 (out of $1000 currently low price system) for MSFT to be placed on all systems, look at the software that you get! For the masses this represents 'value'. For the techies, they will surely spend many times this amount for something else. ( I bought COHERRENT - unix type - for $100 )

I guess that I must be 'losing my way' here. I think that both navigators are 'great'. I happen to use IE4 because I WANT TO! I used NCSP before, and it was OK! I am looking forward to the 'full' integration that is coming, and will upgrade to it to try it anyway! I suspect that it will be improved over time, and if it makes my job any easier, sign me up!

Thought?
