I agree. I think she really doesn’t have a developed, autonomous point of view on things. And yes, she’s masking it by laughing, by showing off emotionality, and so on. Many politicians have this problem, and they all cover it up in different ways.

She uses the laugh as a defense mechanism when she doesn’t know what to say.
That is from her Cherokee traditions, you cannot criticize.
