Angel,

I live in the DC area.... I mean, like, 3/4 of this town's residents are involved in the legal profession to some degree.

And yes I do know some very qualified securities attorneys. Most of them used to work for the SEC before migrating into private practice. The one I would recommend most is the attorney who represents the Motley Fool guys.

He's a bulldog.... albeit, at 350/hr an expensive one.
