Hi Charles; it means that, upon completion of certain milestones, which are probably mainly the successful calibration of actual venous glucose levels to what is read on the patch by their meter, that they have a marketing partner in Japan and Taiwan. This will probably enable TCPI to actually start selling their nonivasive glucose monitoring system faster, because I think their regulation system is easier and faster to get approval of new medications and medical products than the FDA.
