Yes, I agree, not everybody is really has knowledge and understanding to vote, but we may have millions of them.
Then we need to change rules and stop calling it Democracy, but rather Qualified or Limited Democracy when voters must pass literacy and civic basics test before allowed to vote.
As of now we have to follow US Constitution that let any citizen 18+ right to vote.
