No, I'm not. Not suggesting that at all.

Only that the lies became so obvious and apparent that you could instantly spot them a mile away. They were not mere lies, they were gross in nature. Simply made up, with your beloved media not making any effort to find the truth.

I don't have the answer to the media problem. You can't live with them, can't live without them.

But it seems to me we have passed the point where they are useful to the cause of democracy and now we find it to be an entirely destructive force. At this time, that's how I see them.

While I think the slowing of the news cycle is a good thing, it is not a real improvement if the point is to simply give the media more time to present their case for a chosen candidate. Which is where we are at this time.

Even though it is sort of embarrassing in their refusal to present the outrage they had against Trump on the border issue when Biden's threatens to be 100s or 1000s of times worse.
