My younger brother told me last night he has a similar big tumour that bleeds, his is cancerous and in rectum. He told me the docs are still trying to figure out the details and course of action and may want to try radiation or chemotherapy first to try to shrink the tumour, and then remove it by surgery.

He got first Covid shot recently. I will get mine next week, probably Pfizer.
