He kept the choke hold on for minutes after he'd lost consciousness because he wanted to BE SURE Floyd was dead. @OmarJimenez One of the responding paramedics in May 2020 testified his partner was checking for a pulse on an unresponsive George Floyd while Derek Chauvin's knee was still on his neck. Eventually the paramedic, Seth Bravinder, told the officers to move so they could move the patient.
