As you note, it is common for people who overdose to have the needle still in their arm. Unconsciousness comes quickly. If Floyd was passing a supposedly counterfeit 20, got detained by police, was in and out of the police car, wrestled to the ground and knelt on for 9 1/2 minutes, when did he inject himself with the fatal dose?

You consistently seem to have problems with timelines and sequence of events. This is one of them.
