Jim, thanks for the vote.

BTW, I was a journalist for about four years. You'd never know it, huh? I think I got a feel on when to dig and when to let people slide.

Sorry I didn't post this already, but if Lowell is willing, I would throw my votes to him. He's got an MBA in Finance, for goodness sake. I am not fit to tie his shoes on this stuff. A good deal of what I've done on the board lately is just read what Lowell is thinking, and take it a step farther.

I would gladly send Lowell some questions to ask Ira.

Faxed questions are too easy to ignore. Ira has expressed that he has an open door policy to investors -- call him on it. He should know all the answers by now. One or two people from the whole board talking to him is giving him a break, and not hassling him, in my opinion.

Yours in intelligent questioning,
L.E.

One more vote for Little Engine. Ira needs to be pinned down (and thumped on a little bit). In the conference call he was responding to an EPS question when he stated .11 to .115. I've never heard of EPS being calculated with before tax data. I wonder if this is considered a "sophisticated accounting technique" (sorry Cheryl). Looks like were back to only guessing what the real EPS is.

Credibility is questionable, paranoia is high. Not good signs.

Good Luck to All of Us.
