If you cannot see that whoppers that Biden has spewed you are blind by partisan politics, I'd say. I've seen lots of stretching and spinning. I've done both myself. I rarely see lies. Except for Trump and his acolytes. Trump was like a lie machine. I think he was different from other public officials in that he just didn't occur to him that he should behave otherwise. He didn't think it mattered. Others, if they lie, do so strategically, not as a matter of course. It's an entirely different ethic.
