Shares Buy-Back Time

It is high time that Singapore amend their companies act and allow listed companies to buy back shares with their surplus cash. This also provide an avenue to enhance the value of their share.

I've heard a lot of talk about share buy back and restrictions, but has CREAF said they would do this if allowed? Would sure bring short term price hike.
