There is a difference between "harm being done" and a person being summarily declared guilty. I know you know that.

I would have thought Brumar did.


And he did.

Brumar: The Justice Dept brought charges against Fanone's attackers. Close enough to an official determination that harm was done to him.
What was on the table was your assertion that there was no harm done, no proof of injury. He said essentially what I said, that charges having been brought is virtual proof that there was, indeed, injury.

Nothing in there about the anyone being guilty of anything.
