If ZITL is running out of cash as you make a good case for then is there any reason for anyone to want to continue to try to save them by giving them more money? If Matridigm is the only one getting the contracts then what good is there relationship with ZITL? I think without Matridigm ZITL is nothing. Is there any way for Matridigm to buy back ZITL's 30%? If I were an investor I would give the money to Matridigm. If I were Matridigm I would use any way I could to try to get back my 30% for less than I was paid. Is this possible? What would that do the stock price?

My guess in 3/16 for something like you say to happen because it is a day after the year end earnings for many companies is announced.
