I believe the nomenclature is "voting by feet"? Taiwan, by Constitution with a capital C, claims all of China including, not surprisingly, Diaoyu island in East China Sea, the various atolls in South China Sea, and both Xinjiang and Tibet, and does not deal in Hong Kong and Macau as second systems which I guess Taiwan means to re-conquer HK and Macau and apply one system, and erase cultural heritage of Cantonese dialect. Unclear that Taiwan recognises Russia holdings in Siberia. None are talking about sanctioning Taiwan, also not surprising.
