the guy in italy would buy from dealer... dealers are worldwide. what makes you think that exxon is paying the dell net prices. everything is negoiable.. the net price is just the starting price. I get dell pc's allot cheaper by just calling my dell rep. the dell rep price is cheaper than the net price. cpq sells billion in Europe and they have huge marketing HQ in munich and marketing subs in all countries. so, don't pay list or net price. dell and cpq sells them cheaper other ways. I'm building another server room and ordering plant full of cpq;s now and the dealer price is cheapest...if I was stking this plant wth dells I still wouldn't take dell's net price since my dell rep always discounts it. her name is....nope..that wouldn't be cricket<ggg>
