Given the tone of the CEO in the conference calls it would
have to be a hostile take over. My general impression is that
he will try to keep NN independent. NN has more of a tradition
of strategic alliances. I think that will continue to be
the trend going forward.

Thanks for posting your networking sector updates on the ASND
thread by the way. I don't post much because of the amount
of traffic on that thread. ASND has been a good trading medium
recently.
