John: Re who is RDW. I am a private shareholder who is only interested in seeing this company accomplish its stated objectives and the share price respond accordingly. I have had a position since late 1996 and have battled through the trials and tribulations that we have all dealt with. BTW John I have appreciated the well informed and well presented information that you contribute to this thread.

John: What in the hell are you talking about??? The annual meeting is where I find answers to questions I have about this company. This is not a formal affair as you suggest. Its a meeting where the company puts forth its proposals and the shareholders vote. If you think otherwise I suggest you learn something about meetings. If you think that I'm going to spend good money to go to a meeting and keep my mouth shut, think again. Now I suggest you back off. I certainly sick and tired of your lectures. Hopefully I see you at the meeting. Roger
