I wouldn't be surprised if it were taken out. Stratus has no long-term debt, consistent revenue and earnings growth and it's trading at a low PE. Sounds like a good candidate to me.
A tender at 60 would be just giggly.

You would think that Dell would be interested in making an aquisition like Stratus to counter Compaq's move.
