I did not the chief to be an impressive witness; he was just sort of dumping on the cop. I half listened to the martial arts guy as I was busy at the time.

I'm just trying to keep in mind we're getting the witnesses that favor the prosecution's case; ultimately, the question is whether the defense has any testimony to refuse these claims.

I will say the prosecution has done a fantastic job thus far and has done a good job of prosecuting the case.

The most compelling item for me was a piece of the video which left me envisioning an uncaring attitude when the victim is essentially begging for his life. I felt he should have been instantly transported to a hospital.

I think there will be a conviction and the defense has its work cut out.
