Received a memo from Jerry Faulkner that Gene Aldridge, a Dallas, TX. money manager has a STRONG BUY recommendation out on REFR. Excerpt from Aldridge report: "At this moment, R has ongoing negotiations with 12 companies which are seeking a license....A major announcement in the auto area is no more than weeks away...R technology has broad patent protection well into the next century...No debt and $10 million cash provide 3-4 years of operating capital.
