But that doesn't excuse a murder. Everyone in the chain-of-command -- from Pelosi down to the shooter -- needs to testify in OPEN HEARINGS before Congress as to what they said to subordinates and what was said to them by superiors. Did Pelosi convey to these cops (from wherever she was cowering) they should shoot-on-sight anyone who enters the Capitol? Did she give that guy the idea it was proper?
