She is, and has been, the Speaker of the House. Her job is to make sure the House functions smoothly. Which it has when she has held the position. The House has spent little time with stupid, do nothing legislation like trying to repeal Obamacare and trying to shut down Planned Parenthood like it does when Republicans control the House. Instead, it passing things important to the country. Granted, those things went to die in the Senate when the Republicans controlled that chamber. But that just illustrates the point that the Republicans aren't interested in the good of the country.
