You don't have any proof of that. She might not have done it at that particular point, but that doesn't mean she didn't do it at all. However, she was part of the mob that did those things at that particular place. So it doesn't matter if she engaged in that particular act at that particular time.

The officer wasn't lying in wait. He was guarding one of the last strongpoints. Which is exactly what I would expect of any officer in his position. I do find you use of pejorative terms interesting. You are implying he was waiting for her in particular. Got any proof of that? All evidence points to the same thing happened if someone else had been the first through the window.
