An unsophisticated, ignorant person might think a lot of things with no basis in reality. Now if groups spring up and claim her as inspiration, you'd have a case for terrorism. If those groups morphed into calling for the overthrow of the government and tried to interfere with its operation, you could have a case for insurrection. Otherwise, you have someone posting on Tiktok. You can call for just about anything. When action is taken in the name of that call to action, then lines start to be crossed. I hope this clears things up for you. Words have meaning. While you can just make up your own definitions, that doesn't mean you are credible.
