>> Or. perhaps whatever agency the shooter was with has done a review and concluded it was a 'good shoot', totally justified - which is what I believe I saw.

The agency has. No doubt about it. "Nothing to see here." They, of course, aren't the decider.

But I'll not be shocked if the US Attorneys do the same.

As we saw over the last five years, in DC they aren't exactly unbiased in their treatments.

The charges they're pitching out there are all the same, and sort of ridiculous.

That's not to say I approve of the vandalism, but reality is government is over-reacting, trying to show its muscles. We all know they have military might. Nothing new here (remember Kent State? I do. It was first spark or political awareness for me and most I knew at the time).

Of course, Neil Young was very adamant in his position on that. But today, not so much. At that moment, CSNY chose sides based on the name of the party, not the content of its character.

No more people came through THAT entrance.

I got to wondering earlier today what would have happened had the mob broken through the door rather than just that window. I assume there were more cops there than just that one guy. I assume that, had a crowd broken through rather than just one person, the leading edge would have been mowed down. I wonder if that would have looked less like murder to those so inclined. And if so, then why would one death look like murder...
