I live in "nice" Minnesota. His language never offended me. i just feel contempt for people who whine about it.

it doesn’t particularly offend me. That’s how people talk. But, if it would help his agenda
Take an authentic person, have him phoney it up here and there, end up with what? Of course the phoney would have to change according to audience, a southern accent or some other cringe worthy stuff.

I get it though, country gone, kids and grandkids in for a tough time, let's concentrate on grammar and politeness. I pull weeds out of the lawn some days, it gives me a sense of control.

I haven't listened to a President speak, other than the short clips provided here and there, in decades. Don't really give a damn. Watch what happens, what they do or don't.

Everybody wants an authentic person, as long as they are socially acceptable the them (otherwise known as inauthentic).

yes, the first time i heard him i woke right up. i thought i was back at work on 42nd st or scarsdale. I thought boston was rough talk but the new york management i worked with beat everybody. verbally anyway!

I respect Trump i was told he walked through the airlines (trump shuttle) in boston at 2am to personally shake the hands of the workers in the hanger. Now that is real management and concern for others. I don't remember many plant or terminal managers that even checked the place on a second or third shift and it was going to hell because of it.

trump has been there and worked with unions, tough labor relations, etc. He has been aggressive and its a requirement in order to succeed in his business. He demonstrated common sense and job knowledge of what needed to be done. His inexperience was expecting some cooperation from his republican congress. sadly, most of them are in it for themselves.

i hope he does run again, if not we got a great guy here getting experience to run, ron DeSantis. No matter who runs the states have to step up to make sure the elections are run honestly. I doubt that will ever happen in blue states.
