Hey Don, I totally get you. You don't mind multi year financial commitments to get the best and the latest technology and judging by your many and appreciated posts, you actually benefit from doing so. Here is something which will probably drive you "nuts" :-) I am part of a company which manages / owns multi unit residential properties. We use an old (10 years plus) software package to keep tabs on all of this. Every so often our new and up and coming younger group of managers attempts to push us into migrating to new software. We (the old guys) welcome this and never shut them down but we always ask them: "How much better can we do with new software"? So far none of the upgrade proposals could even come close to justifying the mega money it would take to upgrade to a "state of the art" software package
