Votes were counted without adequate numbers of observers, and even they were not given appropriate, legally stipulated roles. It was cheating, yet the votes weren’t thrown out.

Point of logic. The purpose of observers is to monitor for cheating. If there are no observers, they can't tell whether or not there was cheating, that is, the deliberate miscounting of votes. The absence of observers is not, in and of itself, cheating.

I realize you are sarcasm impaired. The room was obviously packed. I don't really see why I should apologize for your personal inadequacies.

Votes were counted without adequate numbers of observers

Um, the state said 134 observers from each party. There were over 400 observers. I realize your grasp of mathematics and reality is tenuous, but...

Sigh. Ok.134 observers time 2 is 268. 268 is much less than over 400. So what, in your esteemed opinion, would have been an adequate number? If it is more than 268, take it up with the state. I'd be interested in why you think that number would be better than 268 or 400. I am also interested in what you would consider to be appropriate, legally stipulated roles.

It seems to me that you are just throwing stuff at the wall and hoping something sticks. In reality, you didn't like the results so are just making shit up and claiming it meant fraud.
