Dauntless,
The 144 value shown as $188,000,000 appears to be in error. If the value is $188,000 then the other numbers work out if you do the math and the date of filing would be around 12/10/97 when the price was around $29 before the pull back. Looks like good timing by someone.

Dr. Dauntless,
The stock is getting hit this AM down 1 1/4. The volume is low so far. I wonder if this is a reaction to the 144? The numbers posted can't be right showing $188 million value and 6446 shs. Now I wonder which number is wrong.

>>>There continues to be NO insider selling. This is one of the big mysteries never addressed by the shorts - where is the insider trading that would exist in a "Fraud & a scam"??<<<

Hypothetically now, if (and I say if) the company is a fraud and a scam an if (again, I say if) the company is run by crooks and con artists, do you really think that these folks would register and sell their shares within the law? I don't pay any attention to insider holding in any frauds that I short, because I know that the crooks have their ways of locking in their money, with nobody the wiser, until it is too late. Solv Ex shills pointed again and again to the CEO's "massive" insider holdings, it didn't stop him from walking away with millions, and the company from going into bankruptcy.

Insider holdings are meaningless if the assessment is that the company is a fraud.
