HI MALCOLM,

You are correct. A good share of the 500 employees are with the HMC division . But that's OK as long as that division continues to bring in more revenue . Also there are more employees in the manufacturing division simply because before Fonar had 3 manufacturing machines running 1 shift now we have 5 machines running at least 2 shifts and soon 3. OK Malcolm and all it's time for 2nd Qtr. revenue prediction . I think we will see around 8 mill. without interest income. Add in 1 mill. interest and we have 9 million. What do you think.

YOUR THOUGHTS

FRANK

Malcom, Raven, Patty, and Frank:
I am onboard with the publicity problem. There is only some much that we can do to get the word out. I have told the Fonar story so many times that I can do it asleep. The word will only go so far without sales to back it up (which I believe are happening, but the only two that know it are Fonar and the buyer). I do dearly hope that Fonar gets to a place soon where fear does not dictate their publicity strategy. I am very long on this company, and as I have said many times, I have the patience of a New Yorker after 3 cups of Cappaccino (pass the sugar, please). It may be my downfall, but at least I admit it. Caffine kicking in, gotta go!

Malcolm,

I agree completely. You said "I might be MORE pleased with an announcement of a HIGH POWER PR Firm, and Investment Banker, than I would SALES." I think you're right. They won't get sales or the stock price up without some good PR.

You're also right about the increase in staff being in part due to their acquisitions.
