World Pass Communications Corp. is proud to offer long distance
telephone service within the US for 10.8 cents per
minute. You get this great price 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Billing
is on a 6 second increment, so you pay for what
you use, not what other companies think you should be using. We have no
monthly fees, and no minimum usage
requirement. There is no setup charge, no term commitment, and you can
pay by credit card. It's that simple. You
don't have to wait until late night to get the best rates. YOU make the
call, when YOU want to. World Pass
Communications offers several other free services to make your life
easier. These services include:

message to Donald L Neely

reference your message # 4228,

Yes you are probarbly right, but the demand from the shareholders for continual updates is very strong, and continuous. I have checked with Joe and the board, and will abide by the SEC guidelines as to what can be said and when.

However, as long as everyone has access to the same info, its OK.

Regards,

MJZ

Michael,

Re: My post #4181 from Sunday, your definition of "switch" works for me. I don't know much about Harris switches (e.g., capacity or technology) but I know they're supposed to make good ones. We can defer discussion about LANs & WANs (in the earlier post) until calmer times -- esp. for you (g).

Congrats. on the "coup" for you, Joe, and the rest of the DCI staff!
