"Human capital" at least has some foundation in the English language. "Human Infrastructure" is not even a thing. Doesn't exist. Doublespeak. If you mean one of those things you cannot mean the other. If it is human it is not, by definition, infrastructure. And vice versa.

People are not infrastructure. Infrastructure is not human. That is pretty simple. (Yes, I realize a couple of the online dictionaries have amended there definitions in the last couple days. And over the year a few academic fools have used the contrived term. I'm not relying on those because they are bullshit.)

Don't you idiots ever get tired of your politicians talking to you like you're damned fools? If a Republican said something that stupid to me (a John Boehner type) I'd be pissed.
