I did add a lil rfp . I wonder how much lower nrz can go. i guess they did not price the issue as yet. .at a current dividend of .80 a $10 price would be 8% that would be a heck of a return in a roth considering you have some inflation protectoin because of the service rights portfolio. normalizing a 6% return with a $1 dividend would bring the share price to around $16.50/

Lumber was limit up again. It's nuts how much more EPS that equates to for RFP. Today's increase is another $61M in annual EPS or about 75 cents per share...for 1 day provided prices stay high. Prices have been high for a long while now, so that's a lot of $61M bumps that analysts are not reflecting with the stock. They'll literally print their share price alone with high lumber, then high pulp and paper prices are a bonus too, but those might bump off another 200-300M in EPS the rate they are going too.
