Dr. Tobin just testified that George Floyd had 98% oxygen saturation in his lung after death. A normal level of oxygen is usually 95% or higher.


Floyd had received CPR in the ambulance and hospital after his heart had stopped......hence the high level. After CPR the O2 levels are usually higher than that.

Where did the CO come from that the defense doc said was in his blood?
