Bonnie, I use FA to determine my investment universe and, thanks in large part to Bill, I use TA to determine the investment. Looked at PA and it doesn't pass the initial FA test. I use a 15 point test with a perfect score being 13 (there are two negative scores). In order for me to go on to other tests, the stock has to get a minimum score of "7". PA gets a score of "3". Further, I don't like anything with LP on the end as it provides greater complexity in the tax return. I also understand that these LP are going to start being taxed as corporations (i.e. new expense item -- income tax). Watch out on this one. That said, I'm sure it will do well. But, IMHO there are better fish in the sea.
