Mr. Murphy, Just a short question here, does the addition of a new chairman impact or change your role as CEO and president of DCI?

Joe, A good clear explanation of why the issuance of 2.4 million shares to purchase WorldPass with will actually result in an immediate increase in earnings per share overall and not dilution. DCI has grown to where it is today in value by making strategic M/A's and then enhanced our value as shareholders further by selling off portions of some of those M/A's , such as was done with the sale of the W.H. Smith contracts to Smartalk. WorldPass looks to be an excellent addition to DCI and I like the fact that the management of DCI has had several months to carefully evaluate WorldPass before making the letter of intent to buy. So long as "spending" shares will continue to increase shareholder value at the bottom line, I will continue to be happy to see those shares issued. Keep up the great work Joe and thanks for taking the time to help keep us all informed.

James

JJM,

Nobody can argue with $.62 per share. That is much better than great. And, to have the likes of Shaul Shalev as Chairman of the Board will only enhance DCI's exposure most likely open up some outstanding opportunities for future acquisitions. Again, GOOD JOB.

Best Regards
