It depends on the product, as he suggested a different one than the one I use. I may try it next time. I use 3 morning and night of the other one. But I think he would have me take the recommended dose of the Meriva which is 2 @ meals I think.

I've tried several varieties but never took the correct dosage.

My neck makes noise when I move it, like maybe I can hear the cartilage in it crunching. It is isn't that bad, I don't even notice it unless I think of it. That is still there. But the pain is gone. I don't know how it works but that is the biggest benefit for me.
It didn't solve the problems fully with my knees, but I get the gel injections and they're great. Very little trouble with knees until the gel has to be re-done every six months or so. I can definitely live with that.
