I remember trying to give a pill to our dog. Hide it in a piece of cheese they said. Took a big chunk of cheese and hid the pill right in the center. Dog consumes the cheese in about 5 milliseconds. Spits out pill.

But I also take 4 fibers morning and night.

Before getting vaccination, I was taking Quercetin twice day along with it ;)
