Here is the problem. The situation you describe is not legal in all states. Naturally, the ammosexuals like to pretend that is the case in all states. Which you show isn't true.

I imagine i-node is trying to make that claim.

And then there are states where the private sellers don't even have a table inside, but sell out in the parking lot. There was a shooting at one a few years ago where a guy decided he didn't want to pay. Now I imagine that isn't legal in all states, either.

I think private sales are exempt, as they must be.

But a sale by a gun dealer at a shoe requires a real-time background check. For whatever good it doesn’t.
