I still can't believe this is happening already....and in my town! You won't be able to stop it, either. It's part of the Federal plan to move blacks living in "bad dirt" areas to "good dirt" areas. The Feds pay the town millions to do it. When they start living in "magic dirt" areas their actions will improve and so will their children's grades.
