I don't spend time watching sports in general, so I would pick Kerri Strug, who won the Gold Medal for her team and her country - on the last two vaults - AGAINST RUSSIA.

I was watching this when it happened and was completely amazed at this young woman's bravery. She hurt her ankle on the first vault, but could not stand after doing the winning vault and had to be carried to the podium.

At the end, you will hear the chant we hear at Donald Trump rallies USA! USA! USA! That was back when athletes loved their country.

Kerri Allyson Strug Fischer (born November 19, 1977) is a retired American gymnast from Tucson, Arizona. She was a member of the Magnificent Seven, the victorious all-around women's gymnastics team that represented the United States at the 1996 Summer Olympics, and is best remembered for performing the vault despite having injured her ankle [2] and for subsequently being carried to the podium by her coach, Béla Károlyi.
