Noblesse,

Thanks for the comments on the buy back - my thought was it might show confidence that the stock price is too low. If this will not move the stock and if it isn't seen as a real positive that moves people to action, then why use up cash.

A very valid point! As I am sure many an institution might look at this stock and think twice about jumping in to such a small pool. Look at the trouble people are already having who have been selling as few as a thousand shares .....
