This seems to change in March, when they will be allowed to make pooling of interest acquisitions.

They likely WILL be (as ALL telecom need to get into datacom), and are thought to be looking, along with LU, at ASND.

It might be a good fit, but CSCO's dominant MO is to buy private/small companies.

Fwiw, I think both LU and NT are the more likely suitors.
