Jim,

The converted bonds are just another factor similar to Power shares,
both are possibly contributed to yesterday's sales, but no clear official evdience at all. I knew bondholders can convert their
bonds to stocks anytime they wish as current situation, and knew that
there was no motive for them to convert yesterday since it is a
regular day like everyday. I admit that is a factor, but no driving
force based on particular news occurred yesterday. Hence, there is
just a speculation like Power shares sales.

Well... there is that Asian contagion possible liquidation of assets that might warrant such illogical moves.
